went for coco

gym

gym nid 2 do lik tis

laid down on the floor

use hands 2 move our body

n CANNOT use legs 2 move it

tis 2 motion made my white shirt dirty

n i nid 2 wear it till 4pm

sucks

free helping the skul mop the floor

after tat

went 2 the gym room

did the gym machine

my hands r so painful till now

n i think tmr my hands will more painful compared wit 2day

becoz last week was legs pain for bout 3 days
